Debbie Gibbs has been selling real estate, and a lot of it since 1985.  Deb's goal is to satisfy her clients real estate needs efficiently, quickly, and with a warm smile. Client satisfaction has in turn led to a 90% or better post client referral based business for Deb. She has helped over 2,000 families with their housing needs, and she specializes in residential and relocations.

     Deb is a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute and also holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation. Only about 20% of the nations over 1 million Realtor's hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.  Deb is active in her community and has served on the Rock Springs Planning & Zoning Commission. Giving back to her community is a big deal with Deb, she is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and also SWEDA.

     Over the past 20 years Deb has been very active with her local, state, and National Realtor's Association.  On both the local and state level she has served in all levels of leadership including being the state president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors in 1997. Nationally, she has been a Director for the National Association of Realtors for a six year term. She has also served on several national committees including the Professional Standards Committee, and the Government Housing Committee.
