Debbie Gibbs
Debbie Gibbs has been selling real estate, and a lot of it since 1985.
Deb's goal is to satisfy her clients real estate needs efficiently, quickly, and
with a warm smile. Client satisfaction has in turn led to a 90% or better post
client referral based business for Deb. She has helped over 2,000 families
with their housing needs, and she specializes in residential and relocations.
Deb is a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute and also holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation.
Only about 20% of the nations over 1 million Realtor's hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Deb is
active in her community and has served on the Rock Springs Planning & Zoning Commission. Giving back to her
community is a big deal with Deb, she is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and also SWEDA.
Over the past 20 years Deb has been very active with her local, state, and National Realtor's Association. On both
the local and state level she has served in all levels of leadership including being the state president of the Wyoming
Association of Realtors in 1997. Nationally, she has been a Director for the National Association of Realtors for a six year
term. She has also served on several national committees including the Professional Standards Committee,
and the Government Housing Committee.
Deb's team was started in 2000, as Deb's business grew to the point she needed help in giving her clients the best
real estate service available. Deb's team works with you on a client basis and are only intermediaries when a sale is in

Penny is a long time resident of Rock Springs, and is glad to be of service as a Real Estate Professional. She was

Craig Knudsen
Craig was born and educated in Provo, Utah & went to BYU. He was a retail manager for 22 years & worked in
construction & maintenace for 17 years. He is the current owner of Knudsen Asphalt in Rock Springs. He has six
children and nineteen grandchildren. He likes playing games, watching Nascar & traveling. He went to Real Estate
School in Utah & Wyoming and joined RE/MAX in July 2007. His broad base of experience will help you find the property
